In the first of this series Tim Fenn, Director of P3Eco Limited, talks about the Bicester Eco Town Development. P3Eco Limited is the consortium responsible for building the homes at the proposed Bicester Eco Town Development. Tim is also a director of ECO2H2O which focuses on the design and construction of high thermal mass, timber framed, eco houses: the ECO2H2OUSE.
